​​DMS/QMS Business Expert / Project Implementation Lead (m/w/d)​

  • We are currently offering an interesting opportunity as DMS/QMS Business Expert / Project Implementation Lead  (m/f/d) at our location in Bubendorf  (can be in Aarau or Neuland). 
     
    You will lead the company through extension projects of the use of the existing QMS and DMS systems across all business units and corporate functions. 
    This matrix position is a key role partnering with the line functions to establish, maintain and improve global processes with full integration of all affected sites and organization.  
    During change phases, this position is acting as a project manager for system design, process alignment and implementation across CGAM. 
    Warrant proper Life Cycle Management including Support und Upkeeping of the validation status of the QMS and DMS.

  • ​Your responsibilities:  ​

    • As a project lead and together with the technical partner and the line function, leading the operational implementation. 
    • ​Leading module implementation projects, owning the project plan & budget, align with stakeholders and managing execution with technical and business partners (internal & external).
    • ​Together with the leadership teams and steering committee, driving process standardization, harmonization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.  
    • ​Managing and controlling the scope of work with external partners, ensuring optimal solution and service delivery at competitive prices. 
    • ​Working closely with QMS (BizzMine) and DMS (Optimal Systems) development teams to create any custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, apps, or other system features required.
    • ​As a system expert, leading and coaching the organization through use, improvement and validation of the global QMS and DMS in the Life Cycle. 
    • ​Manage QMS and/or DMS modules and working closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into harmonized system processes, ensuring efficient and coherent solutions.
    • ​Being the go-to expert for QMS/DMS, providing leadership and guidance for business users, providing training and 2nd level support on QMS/DMS functionality and related business procedures.
    • ​Driving process standardization, harmonization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
    • ​Collaborating with data owners, data experts and other stakeholders to ensure quality, integrity, validation and consistency of processes and data in adherence to established standards & GMP legislations.  ​ 

    ​Your profile: 
    ​ 
    ​     Subject-specific knowledge  

    • ​Hands-on expertise of QMS/DMS implementation and/or operational management. 
    • ​Experience in Quality business processes, data structures and related software packages and tools. 
    • ​Speaking German is a must. 
    • ​Advanced in English – other languages (including local language) an advantage. 

    ​ 
         ​Professional experience 

    • ​5-10 Years of professional experience in Quality or CSV line functions or IT Quality. 
    • ​Hands-on experience in programming / configuration of systems is a plus.
