  • The HR Manager will report to the General Manager and have one direct report. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager with responsibility of the HR function for 72 employees.

    The HR Manager will play a critical role in partnering with the management team in strategic decision making as CARBOGEN AMCIS continues to grow and build capacity.

    The candidate must be able to travel 1-2 times a year in Europe.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Act as a key business partner supporting organisational change and development and assisting in managing  areas of people management and development
    • Act as an internal advisor in furthering the business objectives by implementing HR policy and providing HR support and advices
    • Lead & participate to HR Projects
    • Further develop CARBOGEN AMCIS human resources, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training, and recruiting.
    • Ensure that recruiting processes are consistent and streamlined in close collaboration with the group entity.
    • Establish and manage a comprehensive training program to educate employees regarding staff tools, policies, and procedures.
    • Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors and consultants.
    • Maintaining the knowledge and application of the work laws and guidelines in collaboration with our local lawyer and site manager
    • Budget costs management, Headcount planning



    • Ideally minimum of a BSc, in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources
    •  5 years of overall professional experience in Human Resources
    • Ideally experience in a global company with international exposure 
    • Ability to train, develop and coach others.
    • International mindsetExperience in implementing and maintaining a site wide training program that maximizes individual and organization goals across the organization including best practices in human resources activities


    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of personal integrity displaying tact as well as having diplomacy, empathy and sensitivity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
    • A successful track record in setting priorities
    • Organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
    • Experience of dealing with mental health cases and supporting employees in these cases to avoid them worsening.
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
    • A multitasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
